No, you can buy products from pashma.com both as a registered member and as a non-registered user. However, being a registered member gives you several benefits like having a back office where you can add/update your shipping address details and the wishlist feature where you can save products you liked for future purchase. Furthermore, you can edit all your preferences, view your order details, wishlist and can update your payment settings too.
How do I register with pashma.com?
Registering at pashma.com is a very simple process. You just have to click on the 'SIGN UP' link on the home page. Then, you will have to fill the registration form and submit it. Pashma.com will review your details and send a confirmation mail back to you.
What is 'My Account'?
We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions at Pashma. You can,

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally. Pashma will send a confirmation mail for your order to the email address associated with your Pashma order/account. Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?
Our Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. Your order will be processed and subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent regarding the shipping details. On delivery, if any items are unsuitable and meet the return conditions, please follow the instructions (given in another section) about returning your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your airway bill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting `My Account ‘ followed by the Order Status.
What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from pashma.com?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your pashma.com order. We take care to ensure our products meet your exacting quality standards. Nevertheless, if you do find any product defective or damaged in any way, we will accept its return of in original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receipt of your order. Accessories purchased on pashma.com can only be returned to Pashma, Singapore, and cannot be returned to Pashma Retail stores. Pashma may run some promotions on special occasions and send you a promotion voucher or your loved ones may have send a gift card to you. You may redeem these vouchers by using the promotion/gift card code on the cart page as per terms and conditions applicable.
To redeem coupon or promotion codes or gift cards simply enter the code into the appropriate field during checkout process. Your order total will reflect any and all price changes.
